AVG Free
As an AVG reseller C2C has been working with the AVG product set for several years and are able to recommend it as an excellent, cost effective way to protect the full range of PCs and Servers. This is the link to the free Anti Virus version download from the AVG Website
Audacity
This is the most useful sound recording and editing utility we have found.
The download comes from the main Audicity web page. I would recommend also installing the Lame MP3 encoder (link on the page) to allow you to save to MP3.
