If you require a more controlled method for recording and reporting issues C2C have implemented an online Helpdesk system - support.c2csolutions.co.uk.
This feature is available to all our clients who work with us on a retainer basis to ensure that all issues are properly reported and followed up. 
 
Remote Support

C2C have implemented a best of breed remote support solution by partnering with LogMeIn to allow controlled access to your hardware. Onsite Support

Despite the huge progress in on-line support it is not able to provide cover for eveything, especially if the reason you need help is because you cannot get on-line. C2C are therefore fully committed to providing on-support, whether for technical reasons, or just because you prefer to actually see someone in person
working on your equipment.
