The purpose of Remote Support is to allow a technician to access your computer remotely in order to provide direct help with an issue that you have, or to carry out configuration changes that require specialist knowledge beyond an individuals comfort zone.
 
The advantage of remote support is that this can be carried out without the need for the technician to be physically on-site, which allows for a more speedy response and significnalty less overhead.
 
Remote support is not suitable for every situation, and the technician will discuss with you first the nature of the problem and ensure that this solution is appropriate.
 
Assuming this to be the case and you wish to proceed please enter your name in the box below and click on the Request Remote Support button. This will load the software required to make the connection to the technician. You may have to accept 2 or 3 prompts to allow the software to run, and to grant the technician permission to access you computer, so you are in control of the process at all times.
